Romance in Court

Romance in Court is a book by Lauren Roottree. It is the first and most famous of a series of three books often called the "Court Jester" series. All three books in the series are about different romances, but told via the same narrator. You can probably surmise the narrator's profession. The two other books were called "Return to Court" and "New Romance in Court." Searching for them online yields few results. The books had some popularity when they were released in the late '60s. Now, 30 years later, they aren't in high demand.
