Billy Simms

Picotee Magazine is kind of sleazy, so they're not afraid to publish a few details that more reputable news publications normally wouldn't. You look up the Billy Simms incident, and it seems they did report on it. You gain a few new bits of information, though it might not be useful. [ul] Billy Simms was once arrested for throwing a molotov cocktail at a company that was found to be testing their products on animals. According to police paperwork, Crocodile Clementine's bail was paid for by Tostaritto Jacobson. It was fairly expensive. Picotee interviewed other students that were at the event to find out if anyone knew anything, and the word going around was that Mark Clementine showed up because his daughter Mary was graduating that night.
