How many entries do I need to lock at once?

Before 20 locked relatives, a batch needs at least four correct entries. From 20 onward the batch grows to five.

Why won't my correct person lock?

A blood entry also depends on the portrait and the occupation. A right person with the wrong job or a missing portrait is not a complete entry.

Do spouses need an occupation and a portrait?

No. A spouse entry is checked on the person alone; the portrait and occupation checks belong to blood entries.

Why are first and last names separate?

Roottreemania asks for the two halves of a name separately, so a correct surname on its own does not complete an entry.

Can I reveal only one person?

Yes. Stay on Hint only or Guided and open a single slot instead of revealing the whole tree.
